"Savvi Formalwear guarantees that your tuxedo will fit properly the first time or your next tuxedo rental is free." To qualify for this offer, the customer must have been fitted by a Savvi certified fitting specialist and received their tuxedo from a member store of Savvi Formalwear. Orders must be placed a minimum of 7 days prior to date of use.
Each customer is required to participate in a final fitting at the store where the tuxedo is being rented. The customer agrees to try-on the coat, trousers, vest and shoes to ensure a proper fit. Any last minute adjustments will be noted and must be completed
within 60 minutes or the customer qualifies for a complimentary rental on a future rental 7 days or more following the use date for the rental for which the certificate was issued. The fitting standard will be determined by the customer’s satisfaction with the fit of the garment and/or the fit of the garment based on the
Savvi Standard Fitting Matrix on file in every Savvi store. When the customer’s preferred fit varies from the matrix, Savvi will make every effort to accommodate the customer’s request. However, the Certified Fit Guarantee does not apply to those who wish to be fitted outside of Savvi’s Standard Fitting Matrix.
The Savvi Certified Fit Complimentary Rental Certificate can be redeemed at any participating member of Savvi Formalwear nationwide. The certificate is valid on any standard, in-stock, 3-day tuxedo rental. Premium accessories and footwear will result in an additional charge. The certificate is non-transferable, has no expiration date and cannot be redeemed for cash.
